No props? No problem! You can use 3-4 bath towels for this practice. For added comfort in savasana grab an eye pillow (or a face towel in place of an eye pillow), your favorite blanket, and a pillow or two!

Find a comfortable spot in your home on a semi-soft surface like a rug or yoga mat. We will be staying on the ground. Time to take some time for YOU!
