Today’s class is focused on breath. Distractions will happen, but keep your attention on your breath.
No props? No problem! You can use 3-4 Bath towels for this practice and a face towel in place of an eye pillow for savasana. Find a comfortable spot to practice in and grab your yoga mat, if you have one. We will be doing some standing poses. Please make sure you only do what feels safe for you.
