Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing | Anahata Yoga | 3.31.20

Join Veda for a guided restorative yoga practice with sound healing! No props? No problem! You can use 3-4 Bath towels for this practice, a face towel in place of an eye pillow, your favorite blanket (if you wish), and a pillow or two for added comfort! Find a comfortable spot in your home on a semi-soft surface like a rug, a carpet, or layered blankets. We will be staying on the ground. Time to take some time for YOU!
