On the evening of the spring equinox, please join Veda for a healing evening of balancing and reconnecting to our innermost selves.

As this is a restorative class, please have the following props with you tonight; since we are all at home hopefully we have all of our favorite comfy items to use!
•A yoga bolster, or otherwise a few pillows (couch cushions can work also)
•3-4 bath towels or blankets
•An eye mask or face towel to place over the eyes if desired
•If you have any essential oils that you love to use, have them nearby!
Julie and I are still looking forward to sitting in community with you tonight; we are all going through so many emotions and it is so important to let ourselves feel them all. Give yourself permission to cry, weep, laugh, scream, take deep breaths, and just let the emotions come and go.
This period of heightened stress can be really harmful for the nervous system if we don’t make sure to do the practices that we need to do in order to give our bodies and minds a break.
